Legal Associate Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Legal Associate to join our team. As a full-time on-site role, the successful candidate will be responsible for handling various legal matters, including drafting legal documents, conducting legal research, representing clients in court, and providing legal advice.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drafting legal documents and conducting legal research
  • Representing clients in court and providing legal advice
  • Liaising with clients and preparing case strategies
  • Ensuring compliance with legal regulations
  • Working closely with senior lawyers and other team members to deliver comprehensive legal solutions to clients

The ideal candidate will possess a strong knowledge of corporate, civil, criminal, revenue, and family law procedures, as well as excellent litigation and advocacy skills. They will also have effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage a diverse caseload and work under pressure. A Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) and membership with the Bar Council of India are essential requirements. Prior experience in a law firm or legal department is advantageous. Proficiency in using legal research tools and software is also desired.

Requirements:
