Job Title: Strategic Business Growth Leader

Role Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned executive to drive business expansion through effective solutioning, proposal development, and sales enablement. The ideal candidate will possess strong business acumen, proven expertise in presales and bid management, and the ability to collaborate with sales and delivery teams.

Core Competencies:
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills (verbal and written)
  • Strong business analysis and solution design capabilities
  • Deep understanding of software development lifecycles and emerging technologies
  • Proven track record in RFP/RFI response management and proposal writing
  • Experience in leading, mentoring, and scaling high-performing teams
Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive sales cycles from initial qualification to contract negotiation and closure.
  • Engage with clients and stakeholders to understand requirements and present strategic solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships across domains and geographies.
  • Owning end-to-end RFP/RFI management, ensuring timely, competitive, and compelling proposals.
  • Mentoring, guiding, and growing a team of analysts and consultants.
  • Partnering with regional sales teams to qualify opportunities and accelerate deal closures.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Technology, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 15+ years of relevant experience in Presales, Sales Engineering, and Bid Management within IT services.
  • Strong exposure to global clients.
