Senior Project Architect Role

Responsibilities:

Project Overview

Coordinating across disciplines to deliver technical excellence and drive innovation through advanced tools and processes.

Key Tasks:

  1. Leading design integration across interior, architecture, structure, and MEPF systems using BIM tools
  2. Developing detailed technical designs, construction documentation, and spatial visualizations
  3. Ensuring coordination of integrated elements such as acoustics, lighting, branding, and AV/IT
  4. Conducting quality checks and audits for design and documentation accuracy
  5. Managing integration of building services with design elements
  6. Preparing technical packages, tender documents, and Bills of Quantities (BOQs)
  7. Collaborating with site teams and vendors to address technical challenges during execution

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (Master's in Architecture/Management preferred)
  • 10+ years of experience in architectural design, technical detailing
  • Proven track record of delivering workplace/corporate interior projects
  • Experience working on global projects, particularly in EMEA
  • Proficiency in Autodesk Revit & SketchUp experience with visualization using Enscape from both software is essential
  • Extensive experience of tools like Navisworks, Trimble Connect, and ACC/BIM 360 for clash coordination
