Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced technical professional to join our team as an Enterprise Geodatabase Analyst. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in GIS, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate complex technical information effectively.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality technical support and customer service to our end users. This will involve actively engaging with customers, identifying and resolving technical issues, and providing solutions that meet their needs.

As an Enterprise Geodatabase Analyst, you will be working closely with our Esri Enterprise Managed Services team to manage user environments hosted on Esri's technology. You will also be responsible for installing, configuring, and performing enterprise geodatabases, as well as version management, replication, and troubleshooting.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of ArcGIS Enterprise architecture, applications, and functionality, including caching, geoprocessing, geocoding, backup, health checks, and performance monitoring. They will also have experience working with multiple teams and understand the operational processes of how large organization data centers work.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Strong background in GIS and experience with Esri software
  • Hands-on experience with enterprise geodatabases, versioning, replication, and installation/configuration
  • Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams and manage user environments
  • Strong understanding of ArcGIS Enterprise architecture and functionality
