The Role

As a Full-Stack Software Engineer, you will be part of our founding engineering team shaping the culture of our product team. Your responsibilities include:

  • Defining the product roadmap and contributing to the growth of our product team.
  • Working on projects that bring software innovation to equity management.
  • Taking ownership of your codebase and improving it with your presence.
  • Leading future hiring requirements for our team.
  • Shipping high-quality products every day.

You Are The Ideal Candidate If You Have :

  • A minimum 4 years of experience in building web applications as a full-stack generalist.
  • Experience in writing clean, scalable code using one or more scripting languages.
  • Able to move fast, prioritize, and make critical product decisions.
  • Comfortable working outside traditional narrow engineering roles.
  • A self-starter who has started something on their own before.
  • A deep passion for startups.

Required Skills And Qualifications :

  • Ruby on Rails framework expertise.
  • React framework proficiency.
  • Relational database systems knowledge.
  • Familiarity or experience with graphQL / Apollo.
