Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager, located in New Delhi. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, developing and implementing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. The role involves market research, competitor analysis, and presenting business proposals to potential clients. Additionally, the manager will work closely with the marketing and product teams to enhance customer satisfaction and drive revenue growth.

Qualifications

  • Business Development, Sales, and Client Relationship Management skills
  • Strong understanding of market research, competitor analysis, and sales strategies
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in the Electrical, Electronics or related industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree , Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other business development tools
