">About the Role:
">The Global Workforce Solutions Team is responsible for managing a contingent workforce program that ensures compliance with related policies and vendor management systems. The team is customer-obsessed, focused on excellence in people, services, and execution.
">Oversee the full contractor lifecycle from request intake to offboarding, ensuring a seamless and compliant process.">Serve as the primary advisor on contingent workforce matters, including policy compliance, training, and Vendor Management System usage.">Partner with engagement managers to forecast labor needs, provide market insights, and support fulfillment strategies aligned with business goals.">Conduct quarterly vendor reviews to analyze key performance indicators and evaluate approved vendor performance.">Foster relationships with approved staffing vendors to ensure compliance and provide support in recruiting contractor talent.">Lead GWS project initiatives through planning and execution, including User Acceptance Testing to enhance VMS capabilities.">Maintain external partnerships within the contingent workforce industry to identify emerging trends and best practices.">">7+ years of experience supporting an internal Contingent Workforce Program or Managed Service Provider.">Strong understanding of the full contractor lifecycle, including sourcing, compliance, and issue resolution.">Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders to drive program compliance.">Hands-on experience with VMS platforms, including reporting and continuous process improvement.">Strong working knowledge of contingent workforce best practices and related employment laws.">Strong prioritization, project management, and execution skills to multitask in a fast-paced environment.">"],-
