Global Workforce Solutions Manager - Operations and Analytics
We are looking for a skilled professional to join our team as a Global Workforce Solutions Manager - Operations and Analytics. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing reporting and analytic needs, process documentation, and audit responsibilities across the contingent workforce program.
About the Job- This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven individual who can develop and improve reporting dashboards and data sets that track defined KPIs, SLAs or support employee or vendor audiences.
- You will ensure all internal GWS processes are defined, streamlined, and documented.
- You will execute internal audit activities including Vendor Management System (VMS) data validation, monthly access reviews, and bi-annual consultant validation process.
- You will serve as Audit liaison with internal stakeholders for additional audit requests related to VMS.
- You will develop and execute vendor QBR reporting process for approved vendor performance.
- You will develop and execute quarterly and annual cost savings reporting and chargeback processes.
- You will provide monthly financial summary and conduct year-end accrual accounting activities for VMS invoicing.

As a GWS Supervisor - Operations & Analytics, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results.
Qualifications- 4+ years of experience working within an internal Contingent Workforce Program or for a Managed Service Provider (MSP).
- Strong data analysis and visualization skills with proficiency in Excel, Power BI or similar tools.
- Process-oriented with continuous improvement mindset.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
