Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Product Merchandiser to manage our jewelry collections from concept to delivery.

The role involves analyzing market trends, curating seasonal assortments, coordinating with design, sales, and production teams, and ensuring products meet customer demand, brand aesthetics, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Product Development Strategy: Develop and execute product merchandising and assortment strategies.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with design and production on product development.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to track trends, customer needs, and competitors.
  • Seasonal Collections: Curate seasonal collections balancing classic and innovative styles.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, ensuring timely deliveries and minimal stock issues.
  • Sales Support: Support sales and marketing with product knowledge and merchandising tools.
  • Pricing Strategies: Define pricing and positioning strategies based on cost and market analysis.
  • Quality Control: Oversee quality control and adherence to production timelines.
  • Product Launches: Lead product launches from concept to rollout.
  • Team Coordination: Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth product flow.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 3–5 years' experience in product merchandising (jewelry preferred).
  • Jewelry Knowledge: Strong knowledge of jewelry trends, market, and customer preferences.
  • Product Skills: Skilled in product lifecycle management, inventory, and supply chain.
  • Collaboration: Collaborative team player with strong analytical and research skills.
  • Tools: Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with merchandising tools a plus.
  • Education: Degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, Jewelry Design, or related field.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
