Cloud Architect Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Architect with a strong background in DevOps and AI/ML platforms to join our team as a freelancer/part-time contractor.

This role is responsible for architecting and optimizing secure, scalable cloud solutions for enterprise systems and AI/ML workloads.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 10+ years of overall IT experience, with 7+ years focused on AWS Architecture and DevOps.
  • Proven expertise in VPC networking, AWS multi-account design, and security best practices.
  • Strong proficiency in AWS CLI, Terraform/CloudFormation, CI/CD automation, and container orchestration (Docker/Kubernetes).
  • Hands-on exposure to AI/ML platforms and workflows (AWS Sage Maker, EC2 GPU, Lambda, EKS, or similar).
