We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Marketing Specialist who can effectively leverage data to measure campaign performance and create insightful dashboards. This is a key role for professionals who can analyze data, identify trends, and provide actionable intelligence to the marketing team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Campaign Analysis: Generate comprehensive campaign reports using CRM systems with a strong preference for Salesforce.
  • Data Management: Manage and analyze data to track key marketing performance indicators and campaign effectiveness.
  • Dashboard Creation: Create and publish dynamic dashboards to provide real-time insights to marketing stakeholders.
  • Data Visualization: Utilize data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau to present findings clearly and compellingly.
  • Advanced Data Analysis: Work with SQL and Python (desirable) to query databases and perform advanced data analysis.
  • Tactical Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to define reporting needs and support strategic decision-making.
Required Skills & Experience
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a marketing reporting or analytics role.
  • CRM Expertise: Proven experience in generating campaign reports using a CRM system (Salesforce is highly preferred).
  • Data Mastery: Strong experience in data management, creating, and publishing dashboards.
  • Visualization Skills: Hands-on experience with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
  • SQL Knowledge: Knowledge of SQL is required, and experience with Python is desirable.
