Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Performance Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and executing performance tests, identifying bottlenecks, and providing insights into system performance.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining performance test scripts
  • Implementing and executing automated load testing scripts for web-based applications and APIs
  • Identifying and documenting the root cause of performance issues
  • Providing expert advice on performance optimization and improvement

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in computer science, with experience in performance testing and analysis. They will also possess excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in performance testing, including experience with web-based applications
  • Proficiency in Testing tools like Load Runner and Dynatrace
  • Excellent debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong analytical skills, comfort with ambiguity, and detail-oriented
