Job Opportunity

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Agile teams by facilitating the adoption of best practices, fostering collaboration, and ensuring adherence to Scrum principles.
  • Organize and facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives) to promote effective team communication and stakeholder engagement.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to team members to enhance their skills and encourage ownership of their work.
  • Assist Product Owners in maintaining a prioritized product backlog that aligns with customer needs and organizational objectives.
  • Identify and address impediments hindering team progress, ensuring smooth workflow and continuous improvement.
  • Monitor and report on key performance metrics, using data-driven insights to optimize processes and drive business outcomes.
  • Nurture strong relationships with stakeholders to understand their needs and communicate project progress effectively.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification.
  • [X]+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in a software development environment.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and software development life cycle.
  • Excellent facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to collaborate across teams.
