Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Agile Coach to join our team. As an Agile Coach, you will play a crucial role in guiding teams in adopting Agile practices, fostering collaboration, and ensuring adherence to Scrum principles.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Guide teams in adopting Agile practices, fostering collaboration, and ensuring adherence to Scrum principles.
  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives) and ensure effective communication within the team and with stakeholders.
  • Support team members in their professional growth, helping them to enhance their skills and take ownership of their work.
  • Assist Product Owners in maintaining a prioritized backlog that reflects customer needs and organizational goals.
  • Identify and help resolve impediments that hinder the team's progress, ensuring a smooth workflow.
  • Track and report on team performance metrics, using data to drive continuous improvement and optimize processes.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders to understand their needs and communicate progress effectively.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops to promote Agile principles and practices across the organization.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need the following skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification.
  • [X]+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in a software development environment.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and software development life cycle.
  • Excellent facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
  • Proficient in Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, etc.).
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment.
