Key Responsibilities:

As a Cloud Administrator, you will be responsible for effectively leading Oracle Cloud ERP, EPM, and OTM deployments and configurations, driving project deliverables.

This position involves administering key applications, such as Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP & EPM, and OTM throughout their implementation and support lifecycles.

  1. Application Administration: Manage Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP application metadata, including provisioning configurations, enterprise applications, domains, and application components.
  2. Security Design: Design, update, and implement user security and roles within Oracle Fusion Cloud Security.
  3. System Maintenance: Work with Oracle to perform system/service maintenance tasks, back up and recovery of Oracle Fusion Applications.
  4. Performance Monitoring: Monitor Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, and EPM applications performance and architecture, maintaining reliability, integrity, and recoverability.
  5. Reporting and Dashboards: Develop ERP KPIs and metrics reports and dashboards to view and monitor service details and notifications related to patching/critical updates/downtime.
  6. Communication and Collaboration: Work with internal staff, third-party vendors, and Oracle to update and communicate environment maintenance schedules, refresh schedules, and outages.
  7. Technical Assistance: Assist technical team members in managing Oracle Fusion Cloud instance configurations and enterprise applications.
  8. Best Practices: Design and implement best practices to administer and improve the reliability and security of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP & EPM.
  9. Issue Resolution: Function as the primary point of contact for all issues related to Oracle Fusion Cloud applications (ERP, EPM & OTM).
  10. Process Documentation: Document system requirements and process flows.
  11. Business Continuity: Design and maintain business continuity and disaster recovery processes.
