Brand Specialist, Amazon AVS Select


Job Description:

As a Brand Specialist, you will play a vital role in shaping and delivering on a strategy for managing Amazon AVS vendors. You will be responsible for establishing long-term partnerships with key vendor partners, partnering with the Retail Category Team to build successful communication channels, and executing on joint business plans that deliver on key business opportunities and relevant KPIs.

The ideal candidate will have experience with Excel, 1+ years of Account Management/Vendor Management, and strong analytical skills. They will also be able to conduct deep dive analysis on vendor issues, publish recommendations and action plans based on data, and manage towards a growth plan for the vendors.

Success will be measured by the performance of your vendors on input metrics and impact on creating a great customer experience for buying consumers. Regular Working Business Reviews (WBRs) and Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs) with vendors will be conducted to highlight business metric performance and build action plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish long term partnerships with key vendor partners for the group of vendors handled.
  • Partnering with the Retail Category Team and build successful communication channels at all levels, set proper expectations, provide clear status communications, and manage towards a growth plan for the vendors.
  • Build and execute on a joint business plan that delivers on key business opportunities and relevant KPIs for the vendors and Amazon.
  • Conduct deep dive analysis on vendor issues and publish recommendations and action plans based on data to improve vendor experience.

Requirements:

  • Experience with Excel
  • 1+ years of Account Management/Vendor Management
