Executive Assistant Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant to C-Level executives with a minimum of 2+ years of global experience.
  • Excellent calendar management skills across time zones.
  • Manage domestic and international travel arrangements for senior leadership, including visa arrangements, ticket bookings, and accommodations.
  • Adapt quickly and be flexible in a dynamic workplace.
  • Effectively deal with diverse contacts and personalities – internal and external.
  • High level of integrity required for handling sensitive information.
  • Exceptional organizational, administrative, and interpersonal skills.
  • Prioritize multiple tasks with minimal guidance and maintain attention to detail and quality.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
  • Coordinate office activities, meetings, and events.
  • Ensure a clean, safe, and functional office environment.
  • Liaise with vendors, service providers, and building management.
  • Monitor office budgets and expenses for cost-effective operations.
  • Oversee the maintenance and repair of office equipment.
