Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Leadership Manager to lead and grow our existing team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing and developing the skills of your team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow the existing team
  • Recruit and develop Sales Officers to achieve desired productivity
  • Monitor and control cover notes to ensure quality service delivery
  • Achieve top line and bottom-line targets through effective channel management
  • Provide end-to-end solutions to customers and ensure service level commitments are met
  • Coordinate with various departments for approvals and proposal issuance
  • Maintain nil discrepancy in operations
  • Conduct periodic training sessions for team members
  • Ensure renewal targets are achieved

Required Skills and Qualifications:

You will need to possess excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to motivate and develop your team. Experience in sales or a related field is essential, and a strong understanding of customer service principles is also required.
