**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a Strategic Initiatives Director to lead the development and implementation of our flagship initiatives.

This is a high-visibility leadership role, working directly with senior stakeholders to drive business growth and success.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex projects and teams, with expertise in strategic planning, program management, and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Leading cross-functional teams to deliver initiatives on time and within budget.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including executive sponsors and external partners.
  • Managing budgets, timelines, and KPIs to ensure successful project delivery.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • 10 – 15 years of experience in program management, strategic initiatives, or operations, ideally in AI, technology policy, or global nonprofits.
  • Proven track record in managing multi-million-dollar programs and complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of AI, governance, and emerging technologies.
  • Exceptional project management skills with ability to juggle multiple initiatives.
