Our organization is seeking an experienced Relationship Manager to drive life insurance sales and develop strategic partnerships with financial institutions.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, identifying business opportunities, and implementing sales strategies to achieve company goals.
In this role, you will:
- Develop and execute sales plans to meet or exceed monthly and annual targets;
- Maintain open communication with bank staff to ensure alignment on sales strategies and product offerings;
- Monitor market trends and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement;
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement promotional campaigns that drive engagement and conversion;
- Provide regular feedback on product performance and customer needs to inform future sales strategies.

- Market Analysis: Strong analytical skills to monitor market trends and identify areas for improvement;
- Sales Performance Monitoring: Ability to track and analyze sales performance metrics to inform future sales strategies;
- Promotional Campaigns: Experience designing and implementing promotional campaigns that drive engagement and conversion;
- Communication: Excellent communication skills to build strong relationships with stakeholders and internal teams;
- Negotiation: Ability to negotiate effectively with stakeholders to drive mutually beneficial outcomes.
