Strategic Account Growth Manager

The role of Vendor Consultant requires a strong understanding of vendor management, buying/sourcing/sales, product management, and supply chain. You will work closely with internal Amazon teams/vendors to improve operational aspects of their business in providing a great consumer experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Succeeding by measuring performance on input metrics and impact of vendors on creating a great customer experience.
- Managing vendor relationships by championing the vendor's needs at Amazon.
- Building communication channels at all levels, setting proper expectations, providing clear status communications, and managing towards a growth plan for the vendors.
- Developing and executing strategic account plans that deliver on key business opportunities and relevant KPIs for the vendors and Amazon.
- Working with internal Amazon teams/vendors to improve operational aspects of their business in providing a great consumer experience.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in vendor/account/catalog management, buying/sourcing/sales, product management, supply chain.
- 2+ years of experience interacting with customers/stakeholders.
- 1+ year of program or project management experience.
- Experience using data to influence business decisions.
- Excellent business communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
