Key Responsibilities:
As a Strategic Sales Growth Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth in targeted markets for the staffing industry. Your primary objective will be to establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations, ultimately leading to revenue growth through new business opportunities.

  • Research and identify prospective customers in the target market.
  • Develop and manage a portfolio of key accounts to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain engaging relationships with our customers, addressing any escalations or concerns.
  • Work closely with the delivery team to ensure customer success.
  • Stay up-to-date with current market trends and our service offerings to provide tailored solutions to clients.
  • Promote the company's business to prospective clients, representing Zyoin Group in events and pitches to secure new business opportunities.

Requirements:
To succeed as a Strategic Sales Growth Manager, you will need:

  • A minimum of 1-5 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of the staffing industry and its trends.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and other productivity tools.
