At Kapture CX, we're seeking a highly skilled Strategic Account Growth Director to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for driving customer retention and Net Revenue Retention (NRR) through direct interaction with existing customers.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing strategies to maximize customer retention.
  • Cultivating lasting relationships with existing customers and onboarding them to new services and products.
  • Driving customer success metrics in retention and expansion.

You'll work closely with our product team to identify product usage gaps and provide actionable solutions to customers. Your ultimate goal is to achieve high levels of satisfaction, drive revenue growth, and increase customer advocacy.
