Senior ERP Implementation Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager with ERP expertise to lead our complex projects, leveraging their understanding of Agile methodologies and experience with at least one ERP system.
In this pivotal role, the successful candidate will assume responsibility for managing project lifecycles, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of ERP initiatives, and driving sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming. They will be expected to track project progress, risks, and issues across the team while ensuring proper documentation, communication, and coordination with stakeholders.
The ideal candidate must possess:
- At least 8 years of overall IT experience, with a minimum of 4 years in project management or Scrum Master roles.
- Strong familiarity with Kronos WFM/HCM solutions and excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- A Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM) or PMP is highly desirable.
Nice to have qualifications include experience with data migration or data warehouse projects, exposure to tools like Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps, and the ability to manage geographically distributed teams.
