Job Description

We are seeking an experienced leader to own the Fixed line data P&L and drive transformation of our wireline and enterprise connectivity business into a future-fit, converged services portfolio.

The successful candidate will define and execute the product roadmap for all connectivity services, drive revenue growth and market share expansion, enable field force through productized GTM and sales enablement programs, lead cross-functional collaboration, and build a high-performance team.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Domain Knowledge: Wireline / enterprise connectivity and adjacent technologies (e.g. SD-WAN, FWA, cloud connectivity)
  • Business Ownership: Proven success in P&L and revenue margin accountability
  • Transformation Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead transformation - product convergence, commercial redesign, new GTM models
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Strong leadership across product, sales, solutioning, network and delivery
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to translate technology trends into commercial opportunities
  • Technical Qualifications: Engineering graduate (preferably Electronics / Telecommunications)
  • Professional Qualifications: MBA or General Management program from a reputed institution (preferred, not mandatory)
