About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Chartered Accountant to take on a leadership role in Transaction Services, leveraging their expertise in financial due diligence, deal advisory, and audit or accounting firms.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading high-quality financial due diligence engagements, identifying key transaction issues, and preparing TS reports.

Responsibilities:

  • Leading Financial Due Diligence Engagements: Manage multiple assignments, tight deadlines, and client demands while maintaining exceptional quality standards.
  • Mentoring and Feedback: Provide guidance and feedback to junior staff, ensuring they develop the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
  • Risk Management and Compliance: Ensure risk management and compliance documentation is completed as per firm standards, maintaining the highest level of integrity and professionalism.
  • Team Morale and Collaboration: Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment, fostering open communication and teamwork among colleagues.

Requirements:

  • A strong educational background in Chartered Accountancy, with 5-8 years of experience in Transaction Services, Financial Due Diligence, Audit, or Accounting firms.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and report writing skills, with proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work under pressure, travel domestically and internationally, and maintain excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A strong interpersonal skillset, with the ability to lead teams and engage with clients effectively.
