We are looking for a candidate with strong business acumen and accounting skills.
The desired candidate should have at least 3-12 years of working experience in FP&A and accounting roles
Must have experience in independent end-to-end month-end closing and reporting
The ideal candidate must have experience in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, management reporting
Advance Excel, PowerPoint knowledge and working experience is mandatory
Good knowledge and working experience on PeopleSoft will be preferred
Candidate must have strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in hospitality / entertainment industry can be an added advantage
Job Description
We are seeking a talented professional to join our team as a Senior Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) professional
In this role, you will be responsible for producing monthly reports, analyzing financial data, and making recommendations for improvements
You will also evaluate financial performance by comparing actual results with plans and forecasts
Prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously is essential for this role

No direct supervisory responsibilities
Frequent travel to other offices may be required
Taking initiative and being proactive in identifying opportunities for process improvement is crucial

Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
Certifications: Certified Management Accountant (CMA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification is a plus
Educational requirements are negotiable depending on relevant experience
Work experience: At least 3 years of experience in FP&A or accounting role
Achieved success in previous roles through self-directed effort and motivation
Prepared to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
Prompt decision-making, thorough analysis, and effective communication are key strengths for this position
Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Ambitious and driven individual who thrives in fast-paced environments
Collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
Demonstrated expertise in advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and other analytical tools
Strong business acumen and ability to interpret financial data to drive business decisions
