Job Description

As a senior technical professional, you will be responsible for resolving complex technical issues arising from customer interactions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and deliver solutions that meet customer needs.

You will be the primary point of contact for customer-facing teams and will collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve technical queries and issues.

In addition to resolving technical issues, you will also be responsible for maintaining detailed documentation of incidents, including knowledge base articles and live logging of incidents for post-mortem analysis.

Ensuring SLA obligations are met is critical, and you will escalate issues as necessary using judgment and discretion.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in software development, preferably in Java or .NET technologies.
  • Strong development background using either Java or dotNet.
  • Strong SQL programming skills on Oracle or SQL 2008 and above.
  • Automation scripts using Python, PowerShell, or batch.
  • Experience in cloud technologies, preferably Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
  • Platform migration experience, including hardware, software, and database upgrades.
  • Manage IT Security incidents and work with product vendors for upgrades.
  • Facilitate Disaster Recovery activities by reviewing DR plans and coordinating execution.
  • Working knowledge of SDLC and Agile processes.
  • Demonstrable experience in leading projects to successful conclusions.
