Job Overview:

The Oracle HCM Functional Consultant plays a critical role in implementing tailored solutions for clients. Responsibilities include analyzing business requirements and designing scalable Oracle HCM solutions.

  • Analyze business needs and translate them into effective Oracle HCM solutions.
  • Design end-to-end processes for Oracle HCM modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, Learning, Compensation, and Absence Management.
  • Develop integration strategies with other enterprise systems.
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure seamless communication and project delivery.
  • Oversee development teams, ensuring deliverables meet quality and timeline expectations.
  • Provide technical guidance to team members.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand business processes and provide consultation on Oracle HCM capabilities.
  • Conduct workshops, design reviews, and presentations to gather feedback and refine solutions.
  • Lead the configuration, testing, and deployment of Oracle HCM solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with Oracle best practices and project standards.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud implementation and solution architecture.
  • Expertise in Oracle HCM modules, including Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, Recruiting, and Compensation.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and data migration tools.
  • Strong understanding of HRIS processes and compliance requirements.
  • Familiarity with Oracle AI is beneficial.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams.
  • Oracle HCM Cloud Certification(s) is preferred.
