We are seeking an experienced Insurance Executive to administer and manage Defined Benefit and Defined Contribution pension schemes for UK clients.
- Administer and manage Defined Benefit and Defined Contribution pension schemes for UK clients.
- Process pension scheme events including joiners, leavers, retirements, transfers, and deaths.
- Perform benefit calculations, reconciliations, and updates accurately.
- Liaise with UK-based stakeholders, clients, and members to resolve queries.
- Ensure compliance with UK pension regulations and internal policies.
- Maintain accurate member records in pension administration systems.
Manage the administrative tasks associated with Defined Benefit and Defined Contribution pension schemes.
- Deal with complex pension queries and resolve issues efficiently.
- Monitor and control data quality within pension administration systems.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- In-depth knowledge of UK pension processes, legislation, and scheme types.
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Proficient in MS Excel and pension administration tools.
- Ability to work effectively under deadlines in a high-volume environment.
