Role: UK Pension Administrator (Customer Service – Email Support)

Location: Pune, IN.

We are looking for professionals with UK Pensions experience to join our customer service team. This role is focused entirely on handling pension-related queries via email, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and excellent service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and respond to customer queries related to UK Pension schemes through email only
  • Provide clear and accurate information on Defined Benefit (DB) and Defined Contribution (DC) plans
  • Investigate pension-related issues and resolve them in a timely and professional manner
  • Ensure compliance with pension regulations and internal quality standards
  • Maintain accurate records of all email interactions and resolutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex queries where required

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in UK Pensions (mandatory)
  • Strong understanding of Defined Benefit (DB) and Defined Contribution (DC) schemes
  • Excellent written communication skills with a customer-first approach
  • Ability to interpret pension policies and explain them clearly to customers
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
  • Proficiency in MS Office and pension administration systems preferred
