HIRING ALERT UK Pensions (Backend Process)

Role: Backend UK Pensions

Location: Magarpatta, Pune

Shift: Fixed UK Shifts (as per process requirement)

Working Days: 5 Days (rotational off)

Transport: Both way cab facility provided

Salary Packages:

Graduate Freshers 4.5 LPA

Graduate with minimum 6Months -1 Year of BPO experience 6.5 LPA

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Handle UK pension queries from clients via email and phone calls.
  • Process customer requests, resolve issues, and provide accurate information on UK pension schemes.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and efficient issue resolution.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, updates, and case notes.
  • Meet performance targets set by the organization

Eligibility & Requirements:

*Excellent Communication & Typing skills

*Clean UAN history ( No absconded candidates will be considered)

*Minimum Credit Score: 600
