We are seeking an experienced Pension Administration Expert to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and responding to customer queries related to UK Pension schemes via email.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Defined Benefit (DB) and Defined Contribution (DC) plans, as well as the ability to interpret pension policies and explain them clearly to customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and respond to customer queries related to UK Pension schemes through email only
- Provide clear and accurate information on DB and DC plans
- Investigate pension-related issues and resolve them in a timely and professional manner
- Ensure compliance with pension regulations and internal quality standards
Requirements:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in UK Pensions (mandatory)
- Strong understanding of DB and DC schemes
- Ability to interpret pension policies and explain them clearly to customers
- Proficiency in MS Office and pension administration systems preferred
