We are seeking an experienced Contract Manager to join our team. A Contract Manager will be responsible for managing contracts from initiation to completion, ensuring that all contractual obligations are met and that the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in contract management, with experience in negotiating and administering contracts. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

A key aspect of this role is to ensure that all contractual documentation is accurate and complete, and that any discrepancies or issues are addressed promptly. The successful candidate will also be responsible for preparing and submitting reports to stakeholders, including progress updates and financial information.

To succeed in this role, you will need to be highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively. You will also need to have a strong attention to detail and be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities:

- Managing contracts from initiation to completion

- Negotiating and administering contracts

- Ensuring that all contractual documentation is accurate and complete

- Preparing and submitting reports to stakeholders

- Coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely completion of projects

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or related field

- 5-15 years of experience in contract management

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
