Procurement Contracts Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Contracts Specialist to join our team.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing procurement contracts solutions based on business requirements, ensuring seamless data flow between contract management and procurement systems, and aligning contract management with regulatory requirements and organizational policies.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • - Design and implement procurement contracts solutions
  • - Configure contract templates approval workflows and compliance checks
  • - Integrate procurement contracts with other modules eg Sourcing Procurement and ERP systems
  • - Ensure seamless data flow between contract management and procurement systems
  • - Implement controls to track contract compliance and minimize risks
  • - Work closely with legal procurement and finance teams to understand contract requirements
  • - Conduct workshops and training sessions for end-users on contract management functionalities
  • - Provide post-implementation support for procurement contracts
  • - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the contract management process
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong Technical Skills:
  • - Proficiency in SAP Ariba Contracts
  • - Experience with integration of procurement contracts with other modules
  • - Strong understanding of contract lifecycle processes
