Job Description:We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Contract & Purchase Order Coordinator with 2 to 3 years of experience in contract management and purchase order processing. This individual will be responsible for coordinating the creation, tracking, and management of contract and purchase order requests, ensuring alignment with legal teams and relevant stakeholders until closure. Key Responsibilities:

  • Contract Management: Initiate and manage contract requests, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately and in compliance with company policies.

Order Processing: Generate and manage purchase order requests, ensuring all required approvals are obtained and processed in a timely manner.

  • Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with internal stakeholders (procurement, legal, finance, etc.) to track and update the status of contracts and purchase orders.
  • Tracking & Reporting: Maintain accurate tracking systems for contracts and purchase orders; generate regular reports on the status, progress, and pending actions.
  • Legal & Compliance Liaison: Work closely with the legal team to ensure contracts meet all legal requirements and are reviewed and finalized within established timelines.
  • Documentation & Record Keeping: Ensure all contract and purchase order documents are properly filed and maintained for easy retrieval and audit purposes.
  • Issue Resolution: Address any issues or discrepancies related to contracts or purchase orders promptly and professionally, escalating to appropriate parties as needed.
  • Act as a SPOC from procurement team for all contract related queries.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders for any contractual amendments or renewals.

Requirements:

  • 2 to 3 years of experience in contract management, procurement, or related fields.
  • Strong understanding of contract management processes and purchase order lifecycle.
  • Experience working with legal teams to review and finalize contracts.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with contract management systems or procurement software.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external vendors.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • Experience in generating reports and utilizing data to drive process improvements.
