Head of Contract Management

To succeed in this role, you will be responsible for managing contracts, ensuring compliance and supporting business teams. Your expertise in contract management, commercial procurement agreements, and segment alignment will be essential in driving business growth.
A typical day in this role involves:
- SUPPORTING TEAM LEAD BUSINESS E2E CONTRACT LIFECYCLE MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS: Ensure that all contracts are properly managed and compliant with regulatory requirements.
- UNDERSTANDING OF VARIOUS FORMS OF CONTRACTS: Develop a deep understanding of different types of contracts, including MSAs, DSAs, DMSAs, SOWs, Amends, Addendums, and Ancillary Agreements.
- UNDERSTANDING OF CONTRACTUAL STRUCTURE: Analyze the structure of contracts and identify areas for improvement.
- MET THE SLAS QUICK TURNAROUND OPEN CONTRACT MATTER IN CLM TOOL: Manage contracts efficiently and meet deadlines.

Requirements:
- Degree in Law
- 1-2 years of professional experience in contract management and contract reviews
- Excellent interpersonal skills and proficiency in English
- Strong team player with resourcefulness and ability to initiate collaborative efforts with stakeholders
