Job Overview:

 

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with contract management teams to provide support across projects and accounts, working closely with stakeholders to understand client needs and priorities.
  • Work collaboratively with contract management staff across multiple projects, accounts, and geographies to drive business outcomes.
  • Support senior contract managers in identifying, escalating, and resolving commercial and contract risks and issues, ensuring the best outcome for all parties through close collaboration with CM and project management.
  • Assist senior contract managers in discussions with delivery teams regarding potential deal shaping and contractual outcomes, providing contract drafting support to sales and business teams.
  • Build trusted relationships with client counterparts through the contract management function, which is client-facing and plays a key role in building strong partnerships.

 

Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, as well as the ability to identify and escalate commercial and contract risks and issues.

Proficiency in contract management software and tools is preferred, along with experience in managing complex contracts and negotiating with clients. A bachelor's degree in a related field and relevant industry experience are required.
