We are currently seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Voice and Accent Trainer. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience in voice and accent training, communication training, soft skills training, and corporate training.

Experience:

  • 2-3 years in Contact Center

Location: Mangalore (WFO)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver Voice, Accent Neutralization, and Communication Skills training to new hires and existing staff.
  • Conduct needs analysis, pre-assessments, and design customized training interventions accordingly.
  • Facilitate New Hire Training (NHT) batches on communication, language, culture, and customer handling skills.
  • Coach agents on pronunciation, grammar, clarity, fluency, and overall customer interaction etiquette.
  • Develop and update training content, modules, and materials based on business needs.
