Quality Assurance Specialist Role

As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the reliability, performance, and security of our platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define testing strategies, build automated test suites, and uphold quality standards across the development lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in QA or software testing, preferably in the fintech or private markets domain. Strong expertise with automated testing frameworks, microservices, APIs, and event-driven architectures is necessary. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and test integration tools is also essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement comprehensive test plans for backend services, workflow engines, and integration layers to ensure compliance with industry regulations.
  • Develop high-quality automated test suites for functional, regression, and performance testing.
  • Execute manual testing for complex workflows and edge cases where automation is insufficient.

Requirements:
