Job Description

Gani Constructions, a pioneering real estate development firm, is seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. This role will play a pivotal part in driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential customers and tailor our offerings to meet their needs
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop targeted selling strategies that drive revenue growth
  • Provide technical support and expertise during customer interactions, ensuring seamless delivery of our products and services
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of our portfolio and stay up-to-date on industry trends
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely information about our offerings
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of customer requirements
  • Track and report on sales activity and customer feedback to inform business decisions

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the real estate industry
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical and research abilities
  • Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of CRM software is a plus

Estimated Salary: ₹12,00,000 - ₹18,00,000 per annum, based on your experience and qualifications.
