We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Program Manager to join our Returns & CoBW team. This role requires driving strategy for Amazon to minimize returns-related costs by preventing policy misuse and abuse.

About the Role

The Senior Program Manager will be responsible for designing and delivering high-impact programs across various teams at Amazon, including Category, Operations, Customer Service, Machine Learning, Abuse Prevention/Investigation, etc.

This position demands close collaboration with senior leaders, enabling multi-stakeholder buy-ins on policies that significantly impact profit and loss (P&L) and key customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a single-threaded owner to drive and deliver business goals end-to-end.
  • Collaborate and influence cross-functional stakeholder teams to design programs/products/policies reducing cost of returns.
  • Develop high-confidence annual operating plans with measurable impact on key metrics reducing defects/misuse/abuse.
  • Monitor and swiftly act on changing abuse patterns risking Amazon's P&L.
  • Owning various business reviews and documents articulating program goals, desired outcomes, risks, and mitigation plans.
  • Advising leadership/stakeholder teams on trade-off decisions.
  • Monitoring industry changes and trends to drive key policy implementations.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of cross-functional experience working with tech and non-tech teams.
  • 5+ years of program or project management experience.
  • 5+ years of delivering cross-functional projects experience.
  • Experience defining program requirements and using data/metrics to determine improvements.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years of driving process improvements experience.
  • MBA in Business, Operations, Human Resources, Adult Education, Organizational Development, Instructional Design, or related field.

Compensation & Benefits
