UX Designer Position

We are seeking a skilled UX Designer to join our dynamic team. Our mission is to deliver world-class customer journeys in digital and assisted channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing user interfaces for responsive websites, mobile banking applications, and web applications.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams throughout the design process.
  • Participating in the development process from definition to maintenance.
  • Breaking down design problems into actionable chunks and solving them with clarity and precision.
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest mobile design trends and standards.
  • Creating graphic design assets such as website banners, marketing brochures, and corporate branding materials.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of relevant work experience
  • Bachelors Degree in IT, Computer Science
  • Banking experience is preferable
  • Experience in designing web/mobile applications
  • Expertise in User Experience design, journey mapping, prototyping, UX copywriting, information architecture, Digital Transformation & Design System
  • Experience working in an Agile, Scrum environment
  • Deep understanding of human interface design guidelines, mobile platform designs, and mobile-first concept
  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Balsamiq, Visual Studio, and other relevant design tools
  • Experience in HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, and AngularJS.
  • Strong graphic design skills for creating marketing and branding collateral
  • Excellent understanding of technology trends, demonstrable design skills, and the ability to showcase relevant work
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
