Sales Strategy & Brand Management Lead

Role Overview

Nolwa Studio seeks a seasoned Sales Strategy & Brand Management professional to champion our presence across national and international platforms.

Main Responsibilities
  • Sales Partnerships:
    • Proactively engage with potential clients, institutions, and buyers through personalized outreach and curated engagement strategies.
    • Cultivate high-alignment industry relationships; design immersive experiences or events for connection.
    • Research galleries aligned with our ethos; lead outreach and placement efforts.
    • Explore acquisition opportunities and initiate conversations with relevant departments and curators.
    • Evaluate other curated sales platforms, online marketplaces, and luxury retail partnerships.
    • Manage collaboration requests; assess alignment and negotiate contracts.
    • Nurture relationships with potential clients, collectors, curators, and collaborators.
  • Brand Strategy & Custodianship:
    • Ensure the brand strategy is translated to all touchpoints.
    • Collaborate on fairs, awards, and exhibitions that align with our brand narrative and growth vision.
    • Position Nolwa in unexpected contexts – forging our path in luxury without clichés.
    • Create compelling narratives across digital channels – focusing on product storytelling, process, and brand philosophy.
    • Work closely with PR consultants and communications partners to ensure messaging consistency.
