Job Title

The Interior Design Lead plays a crucial role in delivering luxury homes with timeless design, global sensibility, and uncompromising execution quality.

This position ensures that every design, detail, and finish meets the highest standards of quality, aesthetics, and functionality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leading the end-to-end interior design process for projects, working directly with top-tier consultants and cross-functional teams.
  • Ensuring flawless design delivery by balancing creativity with execution discipline.
  • Managing relationships with world-class interior design consultants and building a strong internal team of design managers.
  • Collaborating with Sales, Architecture, Construction, and Finishing teams to ensure on-ground execution matches design intent.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Interior Design or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in luxury residential or hospitality interiors.
  • Proven success in managing external consultants and internal design teams.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing luxury projects with uncompromising detail and finish.
Skills and Competencies:
  • Precision in reviewing design documentation and execution drawings.
  • Exceptional aesthetic sensibility, with a strong eye for luxury detail.
