Role Overview
We are looking for an
exceptional Interior Designer
with strong
SketchUp 3D modeling skills (8/10 or above)
and a sharp eye for luxury detailing. The ideal candidate is someone who not only understands design but can
translate it into flawless, premium 3D models
and working drawings.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the sales and design head to understand client preferences, aspirations, and functional needs
- Create functional space plans and layout options for premium homes
- Lead 3D modeling in
SketchUp
— from blocking to detailed, production-ready visuals - Develop mood boards, design concepts, and material palettes aligned with client expectations
- Coordinate 2D drawings, working details, and cutlist input for production
- Oversee FF&E selections and assist clients in making curated, budget-aligned choices
- Conduct on-site visits to ensure execution matches design
- Work closely with vendors, cutlist team, and project managers to maintain timelines and detailing standards
Qualifications & Skillset
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in residential interior design (luxury segment preferred)
- SketchUp Proficiency: Minimum 8/10
(Mandatory) - Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, and V-Ray/Enscape (bonus)
- Strong technical knowledge of interior drawings, joinery, and detailing
- Ability to translate design intent into production-ready 3D models
- Deep understanding of
premium residential interiors
and luxury project nuances - Clear communication, ownership mindset, and client handling skills
