Job Opportunity: Customer Relationship Specialist

 

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Relationship Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining positive relationships with customers through effective communication and interaction.

 

  • Initiate outbound calls to customers to engage in conversation and address their needs.
  • Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Develop strong relationships with customers to enhance the company's reputation and image.
  • Utilize excellent communication skills to effectively convey information and resolve customer inquiries.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in reading and writing English and local language.
  • Operate computer systems with ease, leveraging technical skills to enhance productivity.

 

Requirements:

 

  • Age 18-35 years old.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer knowledge and literacy.
  • Proficiency in English and local language.
