Job Title:

Customer Relationship Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Customer Relationship Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers in the skilling industry and providing information about our apprenticeship program.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers and provide information about our apprenticeship program.
  • Follow up on leads and set appointments for further discussion.
  • Generate new leads through cold calling.
  • Maintain accurate customer records in our system.

Key Skills:

  • Graduate or PG from a recognized university.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in tele calling-outbound.
