Job Description

Develop Product Strategies to Maximize Spends and Profitability

As a lead product professional, you will be responsible for developing product strategies that align with business objectives. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to create new use cases and enhance existing ones.

This role requires a deep understanding of customer demographics, spending profiles, and big data analytics. You must have the ability to analyze complex data sets and make informed decisions that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and executing product roadmaps to meet business objectives
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and deliver customer-centric products
  • Analyzing customer behavior and preferences to inform product decisions
  • Building partnerships with merchants, fintechs, and other industry players to enhance offerings
  • Managing product marketing efforts to drive engagement and sales
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must possess a strong background in product management with 7-15 years of experience in cards product management. You should have a proven track record of delivering profitable products and services.

Additionally, you must have a strong understanding of competitive frameworks, regulatory guidelines, and market trends. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills are also essential for success in this role.
