Job Title: Strategic Launch Manager

Job Description

The role of Strategic Launch Manager involves leading the launch management team, overseeing all aspects of product launches for various portfolio segments. This includes in-house developed, in-licensed, and co-developed products. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of influencing cross-functional teams and driving new product launches globally.

This position requires excellent leadership and project management skills, with a strong understanding of planning, product development, regulatory processes, and launch management. The ideal candidate will be able to drive decisions and solve issues within an organization.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Master's degree or higher in a relevant discipline
  • Project management certification is a plus
  • 20+ years of experience in planning, NPL, or a related role in the biotech or pharmaceutical industry
  • Proven leadership and management experience
  • Deep knowledge of planning, product development, regulatory processes, and launch management
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail
